Chief Operating Officer at Ainscough Crane Hire, Peter Gibbs, will be addressing audiences at this year’s annual World Crane and Transport Summit in Amsterdam.
Peter will take to the main stage later this year to share with conference attendees on how Ainscough are making safety a top priority, and an integral part of their business practice. Make the Safe Choice is the company’s policy framework for the safety of its people, its customers and members of the public. It is about engaging all colleagues in following the safe system of work, awareness and understanding of potential dangers, and responding appropriately. In practice it means that if employees are ever in doubt, they are empowered and expected to stop and make the safe choice about what they are doing.
More than 200 industry professionals are anticipated to attend from companies across the globe. Peter is one of a dozen speakers at the event with other leading figures in the sector set to partake in the two day event.
Peter said: “I was delighted to be asked to speak at this year’s World Crane and Transport Summit especially on a topic close to my heart. We are making strides in continuously improving safety standards in the industry and it is an honour to be able to share these with fellow colleagues and professionals.”
The seventh World Crane and Transport Summit will be held in Amsterdam on 13 and 14 November 2019. The Summit has established itself as a key meeting place for users and buyers of cranes and transport equipment as well as manufacturers and distributors. The event attracts audiences in excess of 250 people, from all over the world, including many of the largest crane and transport equipment owning companies.
