Manitex International Inc. has appointed Mynatt Truck & Equipment as a distributor of knuckleboom cranes for
the states of Kansas and Missouri. Sam Rooke, product manager for Manitex-PM, said that customers in the Midwest who work with Mynatt Truck & Equipment will receive the right equipment for the application, as well as post-sale service and support. Sales are expected to begin in early July.
“We’re excited about the opportunity that the Manitex-PM product brings to our product range,” said Jason Osborn, president and owner of Olathe, Kan.-based Mynatt Truck & Equipment. “We are especially enthusiastic
about the investment Manitex International has placed into the product specifically in North America. By
committing to whole goods and parts inventory as well as stages of North‐American assembly, Manitex‐
PM has certainly demonstrated that they are an eager partner looking to support us at the dealership
level.”
Osborn confirmed that the company will continue to carry the Palfinger product line, in addition the Manitex-PM knuckleboom cranes.
