Autohaus Kreuzburg GmbH recently took delivery of a new Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 mobile crane. Detlef Tillmann, managing director of Autohaus Kreuzburg, took delivery of the crane at the Liebherr-Werk Ehingen manufacturing plant.
“The compact size and versatility of the LTM 1060-3.1 and its VarioBase variable support base were the deciding factors,” he said. “VarioBase is particularly helpful for recovering trucks and industrial relocation projects. Our company provides all-around breakdown and towing services using the appropriate equipment.”
Autohaus Kreuzburg GmbH previously had an LTM 1045 in its fleet, but this was sold because it was being used on fewer projects. It was replaced by a used Liebherr LTC 1045-3.1 compact crane for the truck recovery side of the business, which has been expanded from Hagen to Lüdenscheid. The company then decided to invest in a new crane that better suited its needs.
