Emergency crews are at the scene of a partial crane collapse in the College Town project on Elmwood Ave near Mt. Hope Ave.
It happened around 11:30 Monday morning. We’re told no one was injured. A part on the large construction crane appeared to break, and is now dangling. No injuries at this crane accident, but traffic is being impacted to accommodate emergency crews.
