AmQuip Holdings, a crane rental company headquartered in Bensalem, PA has been acquired by the Clearlake Capital Group, a private investment firm that specializes in buyouts and corporate reorganizations.
Clearlake bought AmQuip for an undisclosed amount from a consortium of investors that included Altpoint Capital Partners LLC.
Founded in 1967, AmQuip leases lifting equipment to more than 6,600 customers through a network of 13 branches.
José Feliciano, Arta Tabaee and Colin Leonard of Clearlake, as well as AmQuip CEO Albert Bove, will serve on AmQuip’s board of directors.
