Western Pacific Crane & Equipment has opened a new branch in Arlington, Wash., a 23,000-square-foot facility on four acres, including an upgraded warehouse. The warehouse features complete in-house capabilities including blasting and painting, and is certified as Elite by Manitowoc for its replacement parts inventory levels, modern tooling, and the ability to perform complicated repairs.
“As the West Coast’s only authorized Manitowoc, Grove and National crane dealer, we are adding a broader range of capabilities with this facility to better serve our customers,†said Bob Johnson, president of Western Pacific.
Both new and used cranes will be available at the branch, as well as cranes for long-term rental purchase options. The new branch replaces the company’s Fife, Wash., location.
“Our goal is always to find ways to give our customers faster service and better parts availability,†said Randy DeFosse, general manager for Western Pacific’s Northwest region.
Based in Fontana, Calif., Western Pacific has seven locations in California, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, and is exclusive west coast distributor of Manitowoc, Grove and National Crane products.
