Designed and developed by SCI, the WLS555 offers several exciting features not found with other front-end loader scales.
The system controller can communicate with any Wi-Fi enabled smart phone or tablet as the system display. For you the customer this gives you freedom over the supply choice of the display and creates one less item to rely on the scale vendor for the supply of, especially in failure situations. SCI can supply a tablet if you prefer.
The system has been designed to be user installed and calibrated in 1-2 hours. This saves the user more than $1,000.00 plus install fee charged by many of our competitors.
We offer the ability for one or two pressure transducers. For most front-end loaders our single transducer solution will provide 1% accuracy, our two-transducer solution provides an accuracy of less than 1%.
The system provides an extensive log file. SCI also offers an in-house database solution that allows the equipment owner to track important lift/customer information and as well as monitoring key machine metrics from CAN Bus data on the machine.
