Atlas Crane & Rigging donated labor and equipment Friday to move a vintage T-38 trainer aircraft over a fence at Meadows Field and onto a trailer for transport to Minter Field Air Museum in Shafter.
The T-38, which is owned by the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, had been on display for decades at the entrance to the old airport terminal.
