A man in his 50s is in stable condition with a broken arm after a crane rolled over at a construction site north of Toronto on Thursday evening.
York Regional Police say the incident happened at 19960 2nd Concession Rd., located in East Gwillimbury.
The crane trapped his arm and leg and the construction worker had to be airlifted to hospital by an Ornge air ambulance. He was in life-threatening condition, but was upgraded to stable condition early Friday morning.
Editors Notes:  No outriggers out.  I suspect ground conditions will be the culprit.
