Manitex International Inc. announced that Michael Schneider has been appointed as senior vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer, and secretary of the company, effective Aug. 1, 2017.
Schneider has served as senior vice president, financial operations and administration at Manitex International since November 2015. Prior to joining the company, he was director of finance for Ice Mobility and vice president and corporate controller of Barriersafe Solutions International.
In connection with Schneider’s appointment, David Gransee, who had been serving as the company’s vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer, and secretary, was appointed as senior vice president.
